Users and Permissions

There are three user levels available for the end customer:

  • Client

  • Internal numbers group

  • Internal number

You can assign multiple users to each of these levels (the exact value of the limits is determined by the administrator). Limits on the number of users of all levels are an attribute of the client. By default, each user is assigned a maximum list of rights by the system administrator. In the future, some rights can be removed from the user or extended again up to the maximum (by the user who has the right to such actions). For example, the "DoorsInc" client can correspond to 2 users with the usernames Vasya and Petya, where Vasya has the maximum authority, and Petya can only view call statistics.

Client

The client level must correspond to at least one user who cannot be removed or removed from any authority. This user is the user first associated with the client (it can be considered the client administrator). It is possible to add/remove users of this level with different rights.

Internal numbers group

Several internal numbers can be grouped together (for example, the "technical support" group). And this group can be assigned from zero to several users of the "group of internal numbers" level (the limit is set by the administrator). Each internal number can belong to only one group. The user of the group has the right to work only with internal numbers of this group.

Internal number

If the user should be able to manage only one internal number, then you can link a user with the “internal number” level to this internal number. As in the previous levels, you can assign multiple users with different rights.

Defining the user type

After logging in to the system (getting a token), you can get the user type from the "user" resource.
