Personal Account Home Page. IVR. Voice Menu.
To configure the logic for handling an incoming call, please go to the "Settings" tab.
Select "Show all schemes".
If you have several external numbers, you can create an individual script for handling an incoming call for each number.
Go to the "Office Number" tab.
Configure the desired call processing algorithm. The example shows the rules of working hours from 9.00 to 18.00. Install one of the standard voice greetings or download your own melody or a voice file.
If the voice menu is not required, you can set up a transfer call to an internal or external number.
In the voice menu if planning a further call transfer of the subscriber (for example, press 1, if you want to get to Accounting Department; press 0, if you want to send a fax), then set up the extension dialing conditions. If no call transfer is required, please simply skip these steps.
The call processing algorithm ends with the rule setting "If none of the digital menu items are selected" and what to do "In case of extension dialing error". If the specified items are left blank, the call will be terminated after playing the voice menu, because the processing rules are not specified in the Virtual PBX (hereafter VPBX). Confirm the changes by clicking the "Save" button.
Use the “Non-working hours” scheme to handle calls outside of the business hours. The working hours interval is optional. The processing patterns operate from left to right. At first, the intervals in the "Working hours" tab are checked, its working time, if there are no matches the call goes to the next scheme "Non-working hours".
In the diagram below, the work algorithm is configured at any time, except for the one specified in the "Working hours" menu. If there is no answer transfer to a mobile number, where the call will go to the voicemail (the menu for settings can be found here).
If you need to forward a call only on a specific day and at a specific time interval, create another interval and move it to the first place on the left. Now the "Forward" scheme is checked at first, then the "Working hours", and after the "Non-working hours".
