Extension Number - Virtual Fax

Email-to-Fax (you send a fax)

1. Compose an email. Attach a document to the email in JPEG, PDF, TIFF format to be sent by fax. The size of the email should not exceed 4MB.

2. Enter the address example@mail.ru as the recipient's email address.

3. In the subject line indicate the phone number to which you want to send the fax (the number format 8 + area code + phone number).

4. Send the email.

5. After receiving the email to the Cloud PBX, it will send in response a link, by clicking on which you will confirm your intention to send a fax. If the received link does not look like a link to send, copy and paste it into your browser.

The fax will not be sent without the confirmation.

Please note that the email addresses, specified during the service activation must be used as the sender's address.

Fax-to-Email (the fax is sent to you)

1. The customer dials your phone number, hears a fax tone, and sends a fax in the usual way.

2. The Cloud PBX will receive the fax messages automatically.

3. After the virtual Cloud PBX receives the fax, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you specified upon the activation with the attached received fax in the pdf file format.
