Set up call center in salesforce (https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.cti_admin_overview.htm&type=5 )
Add our CallCenterDefinitionFile.xml to salesforce callcenter (this file is attached at the end of the manual)
Add users to callcenter https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.cti_admin_manageagentsadd.htm&type=5
Go to app manager. Add ‘open cti softphone’ in apps where you want (Now system supports only lighting apps)
In your chosen app should be page with phone
Then, client can follow the link by press “integration settings“ button and сustomize integration (map extensions to CRM users, etc)
