Call forwarding settings on an extension number
Enter the "Settings" menu on the main page and select the extension number where you want to make a forwarding call, click "Enable".
Then you can select options of the call forwarding type (always, does not answer, busy).
The call can be transferred to extension numbers one by one/simultaneously to all/cascading.
The mobile number for call forwarding must be indicated in the format 89хххххххххх.
To create a task of forwarding rules by “Busy” and by “No answer” you need to create 2 rules.
The time after which the forwarding rule will be activated due to an unresponsive number, is specified in the "Extension settings" - "Response timeout" menu.
In this case, the extension number will be dialed for 60 seconds, if there is no answer, the forwarding rules will start working. If no rules are set, the call will end after the specified time. It is recommended to set the value for at least 10 seconds.
Recording a conversation on an extension number
You can enable the recording on one or more extension numbers.
Make sure you have enough free space to record your conversations. You can get more space by “Buy place“ button clicking
1 minute of a conversation takes about 120 KB (when using the g711a codec).
When using compression codecs, the size will be even smaller.
You can increase the storage as follows:
Contact your manager to change the storage capacity.
To set up an automatic deletion of records after a certain period of time, contact your manager.
If necessary, you can keep all current call records and delete them by yourself. On the main page click “Settings“ go to the section - "Disk Space" - "Download records”.
Select the period for which you want to save the recordings of conversations, specify an e-mail address, a link to download the records will be sent to it.
After that go to the "Disk Space" - “Delete records”. Select one or more months and click the "Delete selected files" button.
Extension number password
If you need to restore/change the password for an extension number, go to the extension number settings on the "Extension password" tab.
After changing the password, the device needs to be reconfigured. Your Сloud PBX provider can help you with it
On the same page, you can give a full access to the personal account of a specific extension number.
In the example, using the login 0087*121@connect and the password that will be set, the employee with the extension 121 will have a full access to the management of his extension number (set up a call forwarding, view call statistics, listen and delete call records). Login data must be entered here - https://easycall.ptl.ru
The access mode can be changed in the reverse order: from full access to "only for viewing", for this you need to contact your manager.
