From any interface page, you can go to viewing the statistics. The sorting is possible by various external numbers and by date. The graph will reflect the total number of incoming /outgoing/missed calls.

The "Employees" tab displays the detailed information on a specific employee for a certain period of time.

The "Log" tab displays the statistics on calls, it allows you to listen/download/delete call records.

Customize a variety of sorting rules.

The generated report can be sent to the mailbox or downloaded as a csv file to your computer.

For more information on a specific call, you must press the “+” sign.

In this example, you can see that the call was made to the extension 117, which did not answer; according to the forwarding rules, the call went to the extension 125, which in turn made a transfer to the extension 123. The screenshot shows that you can listen to a separate recording of the conversation between extension 151 and 125 before the call transfer.
